Pipe-Gen Plans

How detailed are your pipe-gen plans for the quarter? Are they being broken down by month, week, day, etc... or more focused on the quantity of accounts and specific sprints you're looking to tackle.


When presenting for a QBR as an example, what is the key thing you want management to take away from your plan (other than you resent having to do it and it should be something the SDR has to worry about)?

When it comes to campaign plans or presenting that data in QBRs I just show the patch as a whole, the X accounts i'm going to tackle and the messaging i'm going to show (Outside pipeline review/pipeline to close/ etc)

MAPs are important. The biggest blocker is the tool you use to make them. Its easier to have it listed in an email as opposed to drawn up in excel, but there are some good softwares out there that really help with this and are well received by prospects too. Ultimatly management wants to know you are in the drivers seat, the very fact you have a MAP, puts your steadfast above the rest.
