Reached out to main IT guy at company. Started very soft, simply introduced myself as their new point of contact. He loved my approach and wanted to talk. Held their hand through the entire disco, demo, and various follow-up syncs. By meeting #6 - they decided that they needed the product, and bought before even taking out a trial.
