Have BDRs, but I think they prolly only are responsible for 10% of my pipeline.
I still feel like I get more leads on my own even with having a BDR.
I do BDR/Self-source combination but Iโm pretty heavy on self sourceย
My org is heavily focused on a partner channel so the break down is like 1/3 channel, 1/3 inbound/marketingย 1/3 self gen. Though self gen is pretty tough.
We're heavily inbound and doing very little outbound atm. I also source my own deals, just not under too much of pressure to.

Zero leads given here, not even prospect lists. Up to us to identify a target market, put a list of leads/prospects together and tackle them.
