I’d actually say more late morning / early afternoon but everyone has a different answer. Very anecdotal on my end as opposed to data-driven.

Yeah, same on my side. I try to call in the AM but get busy and finish the calls 3-5 EST. I actually get a pretty high response rate then too.

A lot of different answers based off the situation- but ultimately I see my team having the highest volume of engaged conversations between 430-600p EST

I try to go for 10am-12pm & 2pm-4pm for core outreach hours and book end the day with admin and setting set-up

Calling shows greater returns the closer to 8-9 AM & 4-5 PM you can get to. Emailing I time for the majority between 8 AM - 12 PM Tuesday-Thursday
