A lot of you may have been asked this during your sales career. I've been helping with onboarding new hires lately and two potential paths are opening: move up the AE sales ladder or manage SDRs.
Personally, I don't think I can give up selling. I love the rush and feeling like the MVP when I'm on the leaderboard. I also think there's more money in selling vs. managing. I hear there's more stability with managing and apparently, I'm pretty good at it.
Which path did you take and why?
