In physical office, we used to have power calling hours in SDR function. Surprisingly, they were quite effective.

Think of it as a gym concept. You can easily do almost all exercises at home. But a gym works better because you see other people working out, which makes you work out.

In remote environment, we tried it multiple time and it simply and utterly sucked!

Yeah, remote power hours are shite. Honestly just feels like an excuse for your manager to have you in a Zoom call so they can make sure you're dialing.

i have seen this be productive. its not always fun but try to get your self pumped up for it. look at it as something you can "win"...that always motivates me.

focus on one or two personas, or product areas so you can use the same script over and over.

make sure you have prepared your list ahead of time and leave no stone unturned.

Just pull a list and focus on a specific product or vertical(I sold hardware before) or just pull an owner's list and smash that thing.

I always hated power hour, when I did I just focus on a product/role. Like only call CFOs about one product

If itโ€™s going to be called power hour, there better be drinks to smash while youโ€™re callingโ€ฆ
