Pres Club "post covid"

What is everyone hearing about presidents club / winners circle or what ever your company calls it?


Is it happening for real for real?

Is the company just sending you a gift card and a slap on the back?


I heard a while back that one company said they were delaying presidents club from last year or the year before and are going to make the next one even bigger.


Very curious if any of these types of promises came true, or if it was more company bullshit.


My company does not have a presidents club trip but we do have the week between Christmas and new years off which is pretty dope.

Pretty sure our company is treating Pres Club like Ole Yeller. Taken behind the barn and put down. No spending on fun ha.

yeah....there is ALWAYS an excuse. as long as they dont suggest a "virtual" Pres club it might still be cool. i did one of those and it just sucked.

My last company cancelled Pres Club before Covid and it was the first year I could qualify or that I was in sales. Haven’t seen one available since.

i am with you on the small company team!

I have seen some company's start to include CS and marketing and its more of a "revenue team" approach. if my company looked at that maybe they would do it hahah

what size company normally does presidents club?

When I went the company was about 130, with ~40ish being in sales.

The next company I was was the same size but with ~20 people in sales and we did NOT have one.

No magic number, but there has to be a large enough pool of competitors for it to make sense. (and enough revenue)

by production I should have been. Started at this company in January though and you had to be hired by November 1st of 2021 to qualify unfortunately.

My previous company delayed my 2019 win multiple times and then just paid us a lump sum. That was nice.

Following years though, they did presidents club trips as normal, just required full vaccination status. I believe last years trip was to Cabo.
