Deal Story

privateryan closed a front door for $15.5k

This was a fun one - the guy text me this evening he was going with someone else, and I asked my usual "what was the final decision" question(s). He actually stayed engaged throughout the text convo, so I felt I had a chance. I hit him with one of my favorite questions "when you look back on this project in 5 years, how will you gauge it as a success?" after he answered the usual I said "who, of all the contractors you've interviewed, do you think will best deliver in those areas?"

After I got a "you guys....." I knew it was over! 5 min later he docusigned from his phone!!

Yeah way to not end the conversation once he told you he made a decision to go with someone else. Iโ€™ve pulled in many a deals from asking those same questions.ย
