This was a fun couple, where the project started off much smaller (a few windows) but as we spoke, their vision/dream in conjunction with their root pain wasn't going to be solved with some windows. We started to talk a much larger project, which def got them over their ski's a bit, but then that got dialed back to the eventual contract. Total time to sale was about 3-4 weeks.
