Tiny little guy, but some times even the little ones have great lessons. I always ask every customer (buyer or not) what was the final factor(s) in the decision making process. I’ve heard tons of answers - mostly the same BS they like me trust the company etc…I loved this one though. She goes “eh, you were the last one we were talking to…so…”
