This was an interesting deal as it was a referral from a customer I had already worked with and while working with this new prospect, the prior one had some service issues. My company is great and took care of it as soon as we were made aware of the problems, only it materialized into a larger issue than we expected abs required replacement parts where are (grossly) back ordered. In this time, the new prospect went from a sure deal to sketch because they “didn’t like” their friend being “yanked around”

Fortunately was able to turn it around but took quite a bit longer than it should have to close!
