Process vs “Scrappy”?

Curious on what you think closes more business? Being process oriented or scrappy?


We recently changed to a process that we have to follow completely. ACE, Agenda, SPICE, circling the wagons, all that. But at the end of the day, does setting next steps and following a process truly close business or do you need more?

Selling is about consistently executing process driven by awesome habits.  Yes, you'll bump into some ultra talented sellers in your career, who have a natural gift in reading people -- but over time, process oriented sellers will have significantly higher earning earnings, and more peaks then valleys.
