I meet with my CRO once a week for 50 minutes and I meet with each of my team members individually twice a week for a half an hour.
1 half hour meeting is a 1:1 geared towards managing potential opps and opps that didn't show to discos getting strategy in place.
The second half hour meeting regards strictly call coaching.

Would you consider your sales cycle transactional or is it more enterprise?ย

We have a complex product and a technical sale, but sometimes we are selling into people that have ZERO software experience, and some have an entire tech stack.
It's the fun part of our industry!

Every other week. ย Bring an agenda. ย Don't end the meeting until your shit is covered.
1 on 1s are for sales people. ย Pipeline reviews and call coaching are for leaders. ย Don't let them get confused!

We do a pipeline/check-in meeting every Tuesday morning.ย
This way I have time on Monday to do some follow ups and have clients to talk about with action items for Tuesday.
Meeting is set for 45 mins, I normally only use about 20. Other reps normally utilize more time.ย
