I've found myself resisting the urge to use emojis in communication with customers and prospects via email. Not in the sense that I wanna overkill with emoji use but tactically via email or text to be expressive and convey a little emotion in this more remote first world...
Thoughts? Opinions?
Avoid it at all costs?
What do you think would be the appropriate level of rapport you should have?
