So PS hasn't been an issue in the past they've actually helped on some deals. Recently though we have started mandating PS on really small ARR engagements honestly and it feels so Used Car Salesy to jam expensive PS down a potential customer's throat when I know they are capable of the set up if they are technical and have reviewed the requirements.


Curious how sales legends have dealt with mandates to their sales process if it introduces overall risk to you landing or hell even expanding on your accounts I won't leave you upselling mufflers out of this.
