Property Management and Real Estate tech sellers

Anyone in the Property Tech/Real Estate/Property Management space have experience using ZoomInfo, Uplead, Lead 411 etc? Trying to figure out what is the best tool for finding direct and up to date contact info.

I slang copiers and document imaging for a year and Zoom Info had all the gravy!

All I did was target property managers and real estate firms.

I have used Nav before and really like it, my concern with Nav is that I am not sure a lot of SMB property managers use LinkedIn to the extent that it would justify the investment.

I use Apollo.io and Costar. Apollo is just linkedin at the end of the day. I would actually reach out directly to the brokerage firms. They often have the most up-to-date information. Also Costar will give you all that data, but it's very expensive for what it is but it will have every property manager on it. Befriend the Brokers!!
