Gold - I once had a prospect tell me he couldnt meet today urgent internal meeting. Next day the CEO of the company rings me and says "yeah about the meeting we had to let XXXX go, he was stealing computers and selling on ebay" my first thought was of Creed from the Office.

IT happens, and a lot will simply ghost you. I find it easier to get a 100% show rate by calling on the same day in the morning or an hour before the meeting starts. And it makes rescheduling easier on everyone's part if it came down to doing that.
