- research a client in order to 'find a problem' and subsequently offer a solution to book a meeting (this tends to be for more of an enterprise sale)
- barebones cold email/call stating who you are and why you're reaching out (spray + pray to build quick pipeline)
- other approach?
Throughout my 10 year sales career, I've typically done the latter due to joining smaller startups and needing quick logo wins.
