[Prospecting] How do you find superhot start-up trends?

I focus on early stage start-ups with hyper growth potential (funding, all star team, good investors, disruptive idea) and its essential that I find them quickly and look in the right place. I use Crunchbase and their trending ranks to sort out emerging trends but I was wondering if anyone had other particularly good ideas? I want to catch them before they become somewhat mainstream and start appearing on all the news sites.

Why not crawl coworking space company listings, most have directories snd a lot of very early stage companies in their ranks. Itโ€™s a little grass roots, but itโ€™s an ideaย

Keep an eye on producthunt if you're looking for SaaS companies. A lot of the time companies launching there are doing MVP's to test the market so they are still early stage.ย
