Prospecting in India/Pakistan

heya team, just got given India/pakistan as a territory in the interim until we hire a rep for that region. Currently running boilerplate no call sequences. Mostly SMB but massive lead flow. Any SDR's who cover that territory have advice on it as I've never had high conversions out of there.

Get Whatsapp, and offer to chat with them there. Used to sell to APAC a little bit and Whatsapp was huge

I absolutely love working with India! I sell to the IT persona, and often my prospects work later hours to accommodate their US coworkers. They regularly took meetings at 8pm their time and would often answer my cold calls and hold conversations until 9pm their time. I say start your day early once or twice a week and try to call them and see if you get answers.
