That's great to know you're exploring new horizons. My input here is:

(a.) Make sure you leverage segment data - such as historical charts, industry standards, and "what good should look like" for that new segment.
(b.) Get to know your competition and where are the sweet spots - you mentioned the "territory" is massive, is any specific area with a huge heat you'd like to tackle first?
(c.) Relevance rather than personalization - leverage relevant pains/areas of interest to be the owner of the standard and be the 1000 gorilla pound with your outreach.
(d.) Spot what your competition is lacking - so you can use a stronger approach (use your enemy's weaknesses in your favor)
(e.) Make sure you know 100000000% your ICP so you become a sniper: one shot one kill.

Best of success.ย

Don't forget the tools; use more than one tool like zoominfo + LinkedIn + seamless to gather as much data as possible

Adding humor to my mass email outreach is key. If they haven't responded by the time my third email goes out it will say sorry if I'm barking up the wrong tree and include a poorly drawn picture of a dog barking up the wrong tree
