I state time zones even when I'm meeting my friends for dinner because it's such an ingrained habit. But I agree. Weird hours absolutely result when you've got people in Australia, China, the UK, and the US trying to debrief.

Dividing it into geos would certainly help. I've not encountered that exact situation, but I would try to approach it systematically - make sure you know which time zones overlap with the hours you are working and map out your day accordingly. Maybe EMEA prospects first (morning in the US), then switch over to the Americas, then Australia/APAC later in the day when they first come online?

Exactly! If I get a demo set in Germany and a demo set in Australia on the same day - how do I keep from going into overtime? Is it just inevitable? Do I take an hour off in the middle of the day?

@BST I've never been in a hourly situation like that, so I'd suppose taking an hour off in the middle of the day would work. But if you're allowed to do overtime, then maybe take it on those days? Seems like a tough spot to be in if they company doesn't want to pay overtime, what's their guidance?

Yeah I feel you on this, just got assigned some territory in my 3rd timezone. I want us to figure out cybernetic enhancements just so I can add a plug-in to my OS to automatically adjust timezones for me at all times.
