my new program has 4 sets @ 5 reps bench press + 5 reps banded bench press (less weight, done quickly) + 10 reps explosive pin pushupsย
That whole thing counts as one exercise in my 5 exercise B circuit (I do an A, B and C circuit, and no rest between exercises in a circuit). This is "Day One". Each day has different exercises.ย
