For context, I'm an AE at a startup SaaS company, I have some BDR support but generally do most of my own booking - Q1 & Q2 were pretty flush with qualified demos/meetings but this month has been absolutely dead so far. My prospecting approach hasn't changed much (the old email, cold call, LinkedIn trifecta), but the demos have dried up big time. Would love to hear if anyone is else having a hard time nailing down new meetings or alternatively having success with new strategies?
