Q3 Starts tomorrow - Are you on track to hit your annual goals (both personal and professional)?

I just started a new job at the beginning of the year and therefore I am officially out of my introductory period which means my commission structure will be changing slightly (higher ceiling, lower floor). I am a little behind where I wanted to be at the end of June, but there is a ton of time left. Our FY starts over tomorrow morning and all of this has got me extremely pumped up and ready to hit it hard in the morning.
