Biggest tech company in my country. I'd fight the marketing manager that constantly asks for proposals and ridiculous discounts just to NOT buy later on. I keep selling to everyone else in the company but this lady, I don't even think she wants to works with us. The problem  is she keeps calling.

Random - but have you ever thought of selling proposals? Probably not in your scope if you’re not a business owner, but Benjamin Dennehy (the UKs most hated sales trainer, look him up on LI) explains this concept awesomely. The TL;DR of his approach to proposals is if they commit to buy a proposal, they’re serious about buying a solution to their problem and not just window shopping

I've done stuff like that in the past, and to be honest I think it can be a bit aggressive. It really speaks up to a certain style of doing things. I only get to the white or black moment after really qualifying a lead and I'm usually good at it but every now and then someone like this lady pops up, and I can't ghost her as she has some influence over my other champions...so I just keep sending her what she asks for. Pisses me off, but I'll keep on taking it until I'm done with the customer or until she leaves. It will likely be the first lol.

Thanks for the tip on Benjamin, I don't know him and it sounds like I should!
