Question

Does Slack or Gmail or whatever you use ever not load on your phone and you instantly think you were fired? I usually hit quota and feel pretty secure where I'm at and still get this feeling...

Is this salesperson anxiety normal? Healthy?

Why would you think this? Are you on a PIP? I've never had this feeling even when I missed quota.

Are you alone? Not at all. 

Is it healthy ehhh. Had it in a previous job where I wasn't feeling secure about my output.

However, at times I'm just an overthinker anyway. 

Make sure you're getting that exercise in, definitely helps.
