Question for my Vets

I've come to love the sales life. But I also find myself feeling unchallenged...physically stagnant...and missing the adventure and camaraderie of the military life. I'm considering going back (obviously with a side hustle or two in place to supplement the pay difference).

If you had the opportunity to go back...would you?

Not a vet so I can't fully relate but I can relate to feeling as if you are missing something in your role.

You can either try to do those things outside of your role and make a point to challenge yourself physically with hobbies or join group sports to get the camaraderie. OR you can switch roles where you incorporate that into your role.

Hope you find something that makes you happy

Thanks for your service!

not a chance I would go back. i'm glad I did it but not something I would do again. I've grown accustomed to normal sleep, normal schedules and the ability to say fu*k it if I'm over a company. and the pay was shit.ย

combat bonuses and tax free money was pretty nice though, but compared to even a middle of the road sales gig, it's still shit.
