Hey all,
In case you didn't know i left my previous company whom for some reason removed my access 5 days before the last day.
Since exactly a year ago I was handed a major account that has IPOed and was assigned to gorw it (CS style). I was successful in generating around 150k usd.
Here is the catch they always pay late...however they pay. At some point a month before I leave they asked that they pay their dues in installments. With the CEO's blessing he said fine no problem. The payout would have ended this month and mind you i was in negotiating part. The reason we accepted this because that company laidoff 32% of their workforce
So i sent HR asking them whether i should be expecting the rest of the comission they said we don't see we owe you anything ask your former manager...
Who's in the right who is in the wrong. I truly don't know...i like to be fair here...yet i always follow the policy you lose 100% of the shots you don't take so i texted the manager either way.
