- Who's responsible for marketing campaigns?
- Who is responsible for Business Development
- What is the patch I'll cover's yearly target and what is the average contractual value?
- What is the average sales cycle?
- What does the current market penetration look like?
- What tools do you have in place for your sales team?
- What does the sales cycle of a new customer look like (weeks, months)?
- What is the ramp up time for new sales reps?
