Quota changes ?

Ok my fellow sales savages what did your quota changes end up looking like this year? 

Quota for us went from 820- 1M with an ote adjustment from 200-240 + nerfed accelerators and dropped a 3k a quarter outbound spiff. 

Also growing team from 4 reps to 6 

How's this stacking up to everyone else?

Got a bit of relief from the laughable quota we had this year. So I guess I should feel fortunate. Is it attainable though? Probably still no.

Went up…but achievable…the company is good about reasonable quotas… you expect a growth quota… as long as it’s achievable is key…
