Quota Conversations in a Post-Covid World

I'm sure there were a lot of people who struggled with quota last year but are still looking for new roles. How have you been handling questions around hitting quota during the pandemic?

Change the discussion from quota percentage attained to new logos, or big wins. With Covid hitting a big deal (or a few depending on cycle and size of your deals) will carry weight. Focus on how you pulled those in.ย
