In SMB, there are some inbounds you know will close from their very first email response. This International school in Hanoi, Vietnam was one of them. The email responses from them were as professional as it can get - the punctuation on point. Small school of 250 students - and since in Vietnam - they asked for a discount which I'd presumed. Gave them a price marked 10% up by our standard price to then give a 10% discount on it (which they said was "generous"). Took a month to eventually get them to sign. All comms on email - easy win I'd say.
