Inbound lead conversion from an International school in China. This started off as a 6-month paid pilot first for 50% of our list price. CS was supposed to take care of onboarding (which takes 5 mins) and ensuring they're successful wt the pilot (which takes good amount of effort). CS obviously f*cked up on the latter part and they ended up not extending post the pilot. Basically, CS did an expected effed up jon in maintaining engagement.
I re-engaged with the school leaders last month. Surprisingly, they were not even aware that their trial had expired a month back. A few emails was all it took to get them to sign up again - this time for a full subscription for a year. Thank you CS for effin' this up and letting me earn new sales commission 2X on this one!
