Recent promotion to SDR Mgmt, any tips?


I've been a manager before but in a different industry.

I was the top performing SDR and then team lead and I've recently been promoted to manage the full team of 6 soon to be 8 sdrs.Β

Connect with AE’s and their management to understand their expectations and setting realistic expectations. Get the SDRs comfortable with calling as early as possible and working with AEs on how to best qualify a meeting as early as possible.

Focus on context to your metrics - blind numbers are a dangerous game that shitty-mid tier SDR's will gamify to stay under the radar.Β
