I've been a manager before but in a different industry.

I was the top performing SDR and then team lead and I've recently been promoted to manage the full team of 6 soon to be 8 sdrs.

Connect with AE’s and their management to understand their expectations and setting realistic expectations. Get the SDRs comfortable with calling as early as possible and working with AEs on how to best qualify a meeting as early as possible.
