Feels like all roles right now are with series a-c paying 150-175k with stupidly unrealistic ote (pulled out of thin air), and all have the same copy-pasted vp of sales who built these massively unrealistic goals to the board and will do anything to not pay their reps and hammer them for fake metrics + pipeline cause all they care about is having the numbers to support the funnelโฆ doesnโt matter how realistic any of it is. Then when you ask them to cover for you while youโre away, or they promise you a revamped comp plan cause the sales team hasnโt made a penny in commission all year even though we brought in millions, they give you lip-service and never deliver.
