Recruiter InMails - let’s hear the best 🥸

As someone who was forced to sit through LinkedIn training in my Oracle days, I'm a sucker for a well written InMail. But daaaam I've received some average ones from recruiters in my day. One referred to me as a "breeze of fresh air" after calling me the wrong name 🤨 what is the worst in mail you've received!

I like the ones where they're pitching me on a job that would be a step down from my current position. SOLD!!

When you have your LinkedIn account set to "open to work" and recruiters reach out all the time do you take the mindset of "I need to sell myself for this role" OR "The recruiter needs to sell the role to myself?"
