Recruiters hitting up BDRs to be a BDR

Why do recruiters look at someone's LinkedIn, see they've been a top-performing BDR at a company or two for 1.5+ years, then have the audacity to ask if they'd like to start from the bottom again at a shittier company? Do you guys think before you blast me in the ass with InMails?

I'm not a recruiter / and never will be a recruiter but I have spent countless hours looking at LinkedIn profiles and resumes for hiring purposes. My question to you is how are they supposed to know you are a top preforming BDR from looking at your LinkedIn? You can put whatever you want to on your LinkedIn profile. I'd assume that's why they are reaching out because there may be a chance you aren't happy doing what you are currently doing.

Exactly. Spray and pray method. Not paying attention to who they're even messaging. It's annoying and it damages the credibility of all recruiters.
