Recruitment tech sales people … help please 🙏🏼

hey fellow savages, I have a 2nd stage interview tomorrow afternoon (it's Sunday evening here in the UK now)

it was supposed to be on Friday but the interviewer was off sick. This left me more time to prep and research and make a list of questions... the thing I am realising now is they may well ask me for a strategy on how I would approach my sales calls ... this is going to be an AE role, but I am transferring my skills from my current industry in insurance to the world of recruitment tech.

The company sells a recruitment PaaS to t ch company's, and I would really appreciate some help on lists of questions you would ask a prospect on the first call, they will be completely different to my existing role and I want to come across in the right way... granted it doesn't have to be exact, but if they see how much thought I have put into it then surely this will be strong game.

Even go so far to ask for a basic outline of your sales call if you sell something like this?

thank you my bros and sis's 🙌🏼🙌🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

What is the purpose of the interview? Is it a mock call?

So what is going to make you successful on this call? Knowing what to ask your prospects is a low likelihood of coming up on this fall.

Hey 👋🏼.. so I have a very log list of questions backed up with examples ready if they ask me then, but I though I would go the extra mile and try to come up with some examples of how I would engage with the clients… as I have never been in the sector so I will need to learn their sales process… hope I’m making sense

Apparently there would also be two further interviews then lastly a potential mock call ☎️

Have you read GAP Selling? That’s a good starting place for calls and call strategy.
