Referral bonuses?

Just out of curiosity I thought I’d ask the above. My old company back in my crooting days would give.. $100 for bringing in someone who lasted 3 months on the job. My current company offers anywhere from $1000-$3000 for select roles. I feel blessed because of it; what are you all seeing on referral bonuses for decent talent?

At my last spot, it was $1,000 for most hires that made it 90-days, but $5,000 for engineering hires that stayed on for 90.

At my last spot, it was $1,000 for most hires that made it 90-days, but $5,000 for engineering hires that stayed on for 90. The difference was commensurate with the pace and competition in the market. I got 1 standard and 1 engineer in 2 years.

Our referral bonus is $1500 for non technical roles and higher for engineers, but I don't remember what it is exactly.
