The agency selected us primarily because of our security posture and UI / UX flexibility, but interestingly the approach by the sales team was critically important. The organization felt that we were best positioned to solve their challenges because we invested the time to listen to their problems and provide solutions/approach to solve each. They felt we were trusted advisors as opposed to pushy sales team simply looking to close a deal.
