Relaxing & unwinding strategies

Anyone else unable to turn it off?

They say to take time off, but I've have multiple vacations ruined in the past due to anxiety about work.

Only thing that helps is getting lit some times but that has other ramifications so I like do in moderation.

100% unable to turn it off. Always trying to help myself for tomorrow. And then the next day and the next...

Only thing I can suggest to get out of a reoccurring theme is to see a mate, girlfriend, whatever it is, midweek, daily, and you'll be okay.

If not, duolingo, youtube upskilling on excel, open courses, books.

Haha I'm an solopreneur atm which means I work ungodly hours, but haven't made enough to where i feel comfortable paying others to do parts of it

Upskilling is dope and I spend a lot of time on self development but goddamn that is work too haha

I would say I do mostly what I enjoy but there are aspects that wear me the fuck out and I never seem to recover. Maybe I'm just aging but at 25 I have 50% of the energy I did just 5 years ago
