Started my current role in August 2020. Out of 150 employees, I'm one of 3 remote sales team members (roughly 18 total on sales team).
Myself and the 2 other remote members have started to feel a bit left out.
To those here in the War Room, do you lead a team with remote team members?
- What do you do to help keep them engaged and included?
- How can I lead up the chain of command to show there's a bit of a disconnect?
Any and all input would be greatly appreciated as this is something that's been rattling in my head the last week.
