Our SDR org recently adapted rapid-fire calling Power Hours for remote work and I'm sure we've got gaps and room to improve. Any tips on pumping up the team and maximizing effectiveness from team's who've been doing this?
Today we're running Power Hours twice a week where we connect on Zoom to check in/swap stories before starting, at half-time (half an hour in) and at the end of the hour. We also have a point system for voicemails, connects, and meetings booked.
