Have been working semi-remote (management in a different city, 2-3 days/week in an office with broader business) since 2016 - so far it hasn't dampened my earning potential.

ooof, thats a heavy question. I think more and more companies recognise the talent pool has significantly increased with remote working. i dont think you have anything to worry about
