Def a combo. The office is needed for cooperation, brainstorming, build trust and realtionships, also physical place to meet. The concept of the office being strictly for work is dead. Or at least it should be.

I have a 10 minute commute so I'm in the office every day.ย I've just never been a good WFH guy.ย Definitely understand I'm in the minority here, but I just focus better at the office.
Everyone should have choice on comfortability at this point. Unless a dramatic dip in performance has happened in the shift to WFH. My teams and company numbers are up, so we will have options. A combo would be nice, and a schedule so you can have the right people in on the right days to actually get shit done and stop the back to back to back zoom shit
I want to stay home forever and Iโve talked to my boss about it, half my team is remote because they donโt live where we are based (via acquisitions). Longest tenured rep, only person to go to winners circle the last 3 years in a row, continually crush my activity and quota, and serve as the leader in the team I feel if I want to stay at home I should be able to
Hybrid for right now because I miss the office energy, but when I want to move from my current location I look forward to using "remote work" as a negotiation lever at a new company or current!

I'm ready to come back... for 2 or 3 days a week at the most.
Hybrid is the way to go. That way people can have a balanced life too
Flex Model for me.....need some sort of social interaction but its nice to have a few days without the commute, need to wear slacks etc
A mix, any day and that's why hybrid would be future.ย
Combo! I do like WFH but I did enjoy my bike ride commute and just talking to folks away from a screen!
Combo.ย I like the office environment, but some days it is necessary to disconnect.
