Renegotiating my Contract

I'm up for a yearly review where I am up to renegotiate my contract with my company.  turns out my current role has significantly more duties than what was planned, and I have taken a good amount of them on.

I guess I'm wondering if anyone has any advice on what to ask for and how to go about it.  (I've never worked somewhere that this was the expectation). I believe I know my value - and have an idea of what to ask for, but any advice would be greatly appreciated

Not sure your current salary/commission structure or benefits but I would say definitely do your research and see what others in like positions are making. Also recommend prior to having this negotiation conversation, write out a list of all the additional duties you weren't planning on doing so that you can be armed with the data to back up numbers you present. Good luck & keep us posted on how it goes!!
