Report Building Advice

Just saw this on LinkedIn by Armand Farrokh from 30 Min from Presidents Club. Had to share this since, I have seen people asking for advice on report building and I constantly fall into the trap of "How is the weather down in Austin?" "Nice, it is raining up here unfortunately"

When I ever I hear "tips" on starting off the call, I am always told to look at their LinkedIn and talk about one of their interest. However, majority of exec's don't post their interest but re-share the company's feed.
