Repvue 4 month reviews

Just me or does anybody else find it annoying that repvue requires ratings every 4 months now. I'm one of only a handful of managers at my company so pretty easy to figure out who is posting.ย

They donโ€™t surface the reviews until the company has enough total employees to keep it anonymous. Also the reviews are aggregated to protect you as a contributor.

yeah it is a bit much, but thats really a commitment to them wanting to have the most up to date data on their companies.

That's far too frequent and bugs me too. Do they want us to keep updating the same reviews for one spot?!

I don't quite get it.

I get why they want that updated information but you are right. For the smaller orgs it is fairly revealing.
I worked at a small bank right out of college and we were asked/voluntold to make glassdoor reviews for the business. There were only 65 of us across the whole company. Being young and stupid as I was I assumed they wanted me to be honest so I was. I forgot about it until the CEO came in to my office with a print out of exactly what I thought of the company in his hands. He found out it was me because he compared it to my response on the ANONYMOUS employee survey I had filled out.
Now I don't trust employers and HR the same way I don't trust the government or my parents.
